What locations do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping within Australia and New Zealand, however, we will be working on processes to ship worldwide so stay tuned!

 

Fulfillment

All orders are processed & shipped from Brisbane, Australia. As we are a small business your patience with our team is greatly appreciated. We aim to complete the handling and processing of your order within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping within Australia Metro Areas (2-7 Business days) = $10.00

Express shipping within Australia Metro Areas (1-4 Business days) = $15.00

FREE Express shipping within Australia Metro Areas on orders over $100AUD

NEW ZEALAND

Standard shipping within New Zealand (4-7 Business days) = $15.00

FREE Express shipping within New Zealand on orders over $150AUD

Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. 

 

Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are unable to refund stolen or lost packages or any un-retrieved packages. This being said, we do want every one of our customers to receive their purchases, and we will do our best to help you locate your parcel in working with the shipping authorities. In case of stolen/lost package notify us as soon as possible, via email at support@lebeux.com

 

Wrong address entered

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. Customer will be responsible for any follow up costs incurred for parcels to be re-send due to attempted deliveries and/or insufficient/incorrect delivery information are provided.

If you wish to modify the shipping address after you have placed the order, it is important for you to notify us as soon as possible, via email at support@lebeux.com.  Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for any uncollected parcels due to incomplete/wrong address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

 

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes? 

All prices on our webpage are displayed in AUD with all taxes completely covered on our end. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
